Return & Refund Policy — Gated Community Garments
At Gated Community, every piece is designed with intention and produced in limited quantities. Because of this, we maintain a structured return policy that protects both the integrity of the brand and the experience of our customers.
Returns
We accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.
Refunds
All approved returns are issued as store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
Final Sale Items
The following are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Limited drops and exclusive releases
- Discounted or promotional items
- Accessories (including hats, bags, etc.)
Exchanges
Due to limited inventory, we do not guarantee exchanges. If you need a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original item for store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 5 days of delivery at service@shopgatedcommunitygarments.com. We’ll make it right.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days.
